Sonoma Resort at Saddlerock Lied about over payments Aurora Colorado
We signed a new lease in May of 2013 and I thought our rent was 1330 a month, so for 3 months I pay the rent at 1330 a month. I realized this month, after looking over our lease again, that our rent was really 1305 a month and I had been over paying.
I sent my husband in to pay the rent for this month and he asked how much he owed because we had overpaid the rent for 3 months and should have credits for those over payments. The management told him we did not have any credits on the account and refused to achnowledge the fact that I had been overpaying the rent.
