THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED !
Almost sold me a champagne Nissan Murano which they had already sold to someone else
(While I was walking toward the vehicle for a test drive the new owner was pulling out of the lot!
NICE :0)
I proceeded to pick out another vehicle a Blue Honda Pilot in which the sales man had showed me (because we all make mistakes right) RIGHT!
He said the down payment for that vehicle was $1200.
The next day after work I came down to the dealership with my husband and child ready to purchase and apparently now the down payment had changed over $800.
Russell Brian – Assistant Manager said " The down payment for that car is $2,000 and big boss wants $2500 for that. LOL
All in all everyone is just making up prices as many car dealerships do, although this particular one, was extremely unprofessional, untrustworthy, sloppy and down right overall poor customer service
Sonshine motors I thank you for the lack of customer service which lead me to take my business elsewhere.

Just out of curiosity I checked their website. One of the pillars of honesty and integrity is CLEARLY listing the price of the merchandise. Guess what? Of the cars I saw, NOT ONE had the price listed...NOT ONE! If you dig a little deeper, you'll find the BBB which claims to be so, so, so pro consumer, goes along with this game! This place has an "A" rating! Should that surprise anyone? No, not if you know about the SCAM which is called "BBB"! The BBB will SELL their phoney ratings and phoney accreditation to ANYONE who is willing to pay the price! No one here should be surprised if someone from that dealership writes back hiding behind their PURCHASED rating!
So the question of the hour is: If this dealership is so honest, full of integrity and above board...why don't the cars have ANY prices?
