I sent an older model playstation 3 in to repair a bad video card.  Sony overtightened all hard drive screws so that I couldn't upgrade the stock 60 gb hard drive to a 500 gb drive.  On notifying them that they had botched the repair they forced me to send the entire system back.  After four weeks they hadn't returned the unit so I called to get a status.  They responded with a false accusation their their two day old replacement system had bugs in it.  I protested and they sent a replacement system-with exactly the same overtightened hard drive screws.  I called them up and they refused to fix it.  Instead they sent a new hard drive cage and screws so I could use my other drive.  Their "fix" meant I can't use the 60 gb hard drive as an emergency backup anymore.

I've had other problems with this company.  They originally promised an exchange program for Dualshock 2 controllers with bad batteries which was never done and their headphones also have nonreplaceable batteries.  PS Vita build quality is supposedly poor also with easy to break controllers.
