Dear Customer Service Manager,

On March 24, 2005 I bought a PSP unit with serial number SU1215786 at Gamestop.

I am disappointed because your PSP has not performed as it should, the unit would freeze up when saving as well shut itself down. The PSP units L button would constantly stick in place and there were blown pixels on the units screen. I sent my unit in for repair and the company replaced my brand new unit with a refurbished model. The refurbished model has a dent in the upper right corner of the units screen and the square button misaligned and popping out of the unit. Therefore this product is not of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose described as laid down by the law.

To resolve the problem I require you to return my original new unit fully repaired and serviced or send me a new unit that has no defects whilst reserving my right to claim against you. Enclosed are copies of the receipt and serial numbers of the PSP units.

I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait unit the first of May before seeking help from the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.
