Financing specials are listed in three options: 90 days, 12 months, and 24 months. The camera that I'm looking for is the Cyber Shot DSC-HX1. On the link (provided below) this camera is advertised as "as low as $15.00/month." Upon clicking the link, the three financing/no-interest options are shown. However, it is not clear from the options which is applicable to this particular camera. Upon speaking with the Sony rep, they indicated that the option that is available is a 12-month, no interest option via GE capital. However, the price of the camera ($499.99) would make these equal monthly payments at $41.66 a month, not the $15 advertised. The Sony rep could give me no further information as to how I could obtain the camera for the $15/month advertised. He indicated that the only option was the 12-month financing.

Since clicking on this "$15.00/month" link leads to the three financing options, these appear to be the only available. The $15.00/month rate is misleading, and according to Sony does not exist. It's blatant mis-advertising. I think I'll probably by the Canon instead.
