the person that answering the phone at the 212-833-8000 number for the sony music entertainment is etiher drunk or on drugs or just a plain fool,it does not make any since the way he is answering the phone,he was very disrespect and nasty on the phone. what if I was about to become a stock owner of sony and I call his dept I would not invest a dime in your company on account of peoples you hiring to answer the phone.you need to do something about this.He said his name was Richard I think he was a lie
