SONY REBATE RIPOFF
On 10 20 2001 , I purchased a Sony Vio PC and moniter on condition that I would receive rebates totaling $180.00 within four to six weeks. Also I purchased a Hewitt Packard printer on the same day. I received the rebate from Hewitt Packard a few weeks ago but have received no rebate from Sony.Ihave made several phone calls to inquire about the rebates with no results. I'm given a different number to call each time, or the line is busy. customer service told me the lines are busy because the rebate center has so many calls that it ties up the phone lines.
