I had bought Sony Vaio PCG FS770W model with three years extended warranty.
Since the day 1 I had to fase several problems with key board, sound card and big clinking noise from computer . sony had attended the problems except for sound card as the volume was barely audible. Further I had problems with DVD writer which was sorted out. Now my computer can not be powered and though the computer is still under warranty the service has estimated that the warranty cost is much more and have refused to undertake any repairs to the computer. This is truly a ripoff by the company.
