I have placed an order DSC W370 Silver model on1/20. The product had an estimated ship date of 2/1. However I did not see my order ship on 2/1. When I contacted customer support I received the usual poor response with the standard apologoes, but we cannot help you. I contacted again on 2/9 and received another similar response saying that they are back ordered. Today I see that the product is in Stock on the site, and my order is not yet processed. The only difference is that when I made the preorder there was a 15% discount where as they are offering a 10% now.
