I purchased a Galaxy Note 4 from their eBay store. It was supposed to be in "very good condition." The device arrived with a large gash and divot on one of the corners, obviously from hard fall. I was disappointed, but decided it was fine. 

The initial problem with the device was battery life. The Note 4 is supposed to be excellent, but the device I purchased was only getting 4-5 hours with moderate use before it would die. Not a big deal - I figured that it was the original battery and that after a year or two, its ability to hold a charge would diminish. I bought two OEM replacements, and the excessive battery drain did not change, still only 4-5 hours of life.

Life went on, I lived with it, until the past month when signal strength and reception decreased dramatically. I am in a major market (Los Angeles area) and am now often unable to navigate or make calls.

I decided to contact the seller today to explain this situation and see if there was anything they could do to remedy the situation. (Repair or replace the device) and the only response was "too late it has been 5 months." (per Jason Mills)

I regret not returning the phone immediately after the replacement batteries I purchased didn't do the trick, but life gets busy and it got placed on the back burner.

So be advised, the company does not stand by what they sell to their customers after a short time. If you have any issues, you will probably get the same rude response from Jason Mills that I received.

First let me say I appreciate this website. It gives consumer an opportunity to fix bad situations, BUT it also allows companies like mine to stand up for themselves. I realize that when you sell 4000 products a month once and a while a customer will not be happy. So I am going to explain and leave you rest assured when you buy from us! This is like free advertising which I appreciate. 

 

1. Warranty. the item was purchased on eBay. eBay has buyer protection on Electonics for 45 days. There is no way for a seller to know how a consumer treats an item for a further extended period of time. We offer 30 day refunds and 60 day exchange. MORE than ebay requires. We even have a return website called SoonerReturns.com that gives a free label to make things easy. This buyer purchased this item over 5 months ago. Even if you purchase a used phone from your carrier the warranty does not last thi slong. 

 

2. Extended warrany. If you want a extended warranty you can purchase one from other companies (not me) on eBay. He choose not to do this. 

 

3. If there was an issue during the warranty period he would have contacted us. We send 5 reminder emails to contact us if you have any issues. 

 

Basically if you have an issue we WILL help you. But within the parameters given in the listing / ad. Do not Trust me though. Trust the 50,000 feedback we have on eBay. 99.99 percent satisfed customers, OR our 100 percent amazon rating or our A+ Better Business rating. See links below. Thank you for reading!
