Sophea - Infinology.com getting excuse after excuse. getting the run round every time I call for an update very unprofessional and unacceptable Internet California
In my last email to Sophea I just could not take any more of their double talk and delays. So this is what i sent to them after phone calls and emails were not returned.
"My website has been worked on for over a year and still I am getting the run round every time I call for an update and I am tired of getting excuse after excuse. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. If sophea can not complete my website in a timely manor then return the money I invested if you can not do the job. Someone need to contact me by phone with some answers". I sent this email 06/06/06 but every one i sent this too it came back. This is when i really new something was very worng. It was then i tried thier email address and saw the rip-off Report. This was very heart braking. So how do i get to use all the hard work i put into my website with them so far? How do i get to use was has been done on my site so far?
