Complaint Review: Sophia Gilmer Aflac

I was contacted by Sophia Gilmer about 8 months ago about a position at Aflac. At the time i was not sure what field i was going into with my degree, but i decided it wouldn't hurt to hear them out. I showed up for the interview which was nothng serious and it sparked my interest about trying something new. I decided to give it a chance and was that a HUGE MISTAKE! I signed up to get my license which they ask you to pay up front for. I figured, why not i can use it anywhere which is a huge plus. The problem was though she promised great training, coaching and a lot of hands on attention and provided NONE! It was horrible trying to talk to individuals about insurance and sell them a product we were not well trained on. When asking her about things and trying to really better myself she was rude and snide. I later found out she did this to many other individuals as i began talking to others within this branch. DO NOT reply to her if she ever sends you an email it is a SCAM! Once she got the money for the license and knew she could send us out there to make her money, she was MIA and did not want to deal with us. She is untrustworthy and a liar. She makes money off each agent she recruits, so do not allow this to happen to yourself! I feel robbed by her because i was not able to get the training i deserved and was promised!
