Complaint Review: Sophistication Alley LTD HandNPaws

This is about the worst online company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Sophistication Alley LTD runs several websites one of which is HandNPaws, selling dog supplies. I made a purchase (dog leash) and NEVER got it. After numerous emails inquiring about my order status, I was shocked to get a nasty rude response, dripping with scarcasm. Needless to say I believe this merchant has taken my money and has no intentions of sending my order, nor providing a refund. BEWARE of this company! DO NOT FALL VICTIM to this deceptive, fradulent, scam artist.
