Order products online from shopinprivate.com. They certainly had no problem with the system that billed my credit card but I guess the system that actually FULFILLS ORDERS IS BROKE.
I tried calling, and emailing with ZERO response. Despite all of Tom's boilerplate responses the fact remains that this is a schlock operation.
At this point I will get with my credit card company to refund my money. I just wanted you folks to be aware that this is a scam. And oh, BTW "Tom" now that you have "realized your vision" of creating a technology to help people overcome embarrassing situtations perhaps it is time to envision a technology to DELIVER!
