SOS Online No support when you have problems with their product Torrance, California
I
purchased SOS Online software and installed it on 12-9. On 12-10 I discovered
the software wasn't backing up. I sent an email to support on 12-10. I received a reply
from tech support on 12-11 requesting additional information. I replied...
on 12-11 providing the information requested by tech support. I never received a follow up to the information I sent tech support. I sent
another email on 12-16 requesting help with my problem. I have received not reply from the company. I purchased the
product because it received a high rating in PC Magazine. I would not recommend this company.
