The Mexican hug guy that runs the business when the owner Christopher is not there.. He treats people very rude and unprofessional,his very ant feminist and arrogant. I went back to them to have an amp and box with a speaker that THEY installed checked and wanting to fix ..and once there the big hug guy was very rude telling me that who ever installed the system in my car did a bad installation. I replied to him that it was done by them...he got mad and ask me for proof of purchase. I showed him my recipt and told me it was fake and expired. And told me to take my business somewhere else.
Now I'm stuck with an amp that over heats and won't work.
