Soup Dive Employees unprofessional and tries to attack a customer southfield Michigan
Soup Dive is the absolute worst establishment I have ever been to. The owner Pamela Mitchell is ghetto and all of her employees (whom are probably her family members) especially one of the cashier Anna who tried to fight me today inside the establishment beacuse she was tired of people complaing about the wait time.
Anna conituned to call me out of my name in from of several other customers. She charged towards me acting as if she was an animal ready to attack . It took other employees to hold her back. I was afraid for my life and the owner Pamela Mitchell did nothing about the situation.
You will wait a hour literally for a salad after calling to pre-order 30 mins in advance. we have tried to support black own business and this is not one that you want to support. Dont wast your money or time.
Very unorganized, and unprofessional. I am reporting this to the BBB.
