 I was employed by thaddeus gravo at what was originally alliance security (they changed name when they went direct to monitronics, they were not actually alliance just a sub dealing office) I originally should have noticed the dishonest business practices when thaddeus elected to not pay me what was agreed upon in overrides. The next indicator was that my paycheck was withheld completely when I visited family (I had direct deposit) until I physically went into the office to collect it. I've seen over 10 employees pay docked often without justification (contact me for examples or to reach other people who were ripped off) Finally thad decided that even though we both signed an agreement he was "not interested" in paying me, the fact that he is able to retain employees with the way he lies is beyond me.

  After some time I have spoken with the owner of the company noted above and all grievances have been settled and more than satisfactorily Unfortunately there is no way to remove the post from rip off report but to retract my previous statement I would like to say that the above company is an actual and company with more than prompt customer service and most likely the best security systems in Las Vegas .

 Per my last conversation with the owner I was not going to be paid according to our agreement. . Yet I got an email showing I was being paid accordingly... I'm confused by the tactics but as it stands I'm still owed anamount of money I now suspect will be paid. Unless I do not receive the funds for my work performed it seems like things aren't going as bad I was impressed upon.

 I was an employee for source protection and my quarrel is with the company not holding true to my pay contract, this in no way relates to customer service.
