This collection agency has absolutely no regard for FDPACPA federal law and uses rude, abusive, threatening, and illegal predator collection tactics.  They refuse to send statements, to provide any contact info for their client, and they deny any right to refute a claim their client, H & R Block, never billed me for in over 2 years.  I contacted H & R Block and they confirmed they had never billed me for their alleged claim that I still dispute for reasons to lengthy for this report.  I have found their collection agency has 8,650 complaints.  Although this agency is not a member of the BBB, they have a "C" Rating.  Since it would not sent me a statement. I contacted the TN Government Division of Consumer Affairs to see if they were even registered to do business in TN.  I found out they are.

Source Receivables Management is a NC LLC, but I was contacted by a man who told me his name was Aaron Simpson from a 615-301-8118 Nashville, TN phone number.  Due to the extremely unprofessional way both H & R Block and Source Receivables Management conduct business, I plan to file a much more detailed formal written complaint with (1) TN Government Div of Consumer Affairs, (2) the TN Bureau of Investigation, (3) the Better Business Bureau of West TN, (4) the Consumer Credit Bureau, and (5) Legal Council.  I would not go to such great lengths over a $103 claim if the severity of the violation of federal law had not been so blatant. I had to pay H & R Block in full before I could get my tax report.  It was to be paid from my refund they prepared.  I received no charge backs from the IRS.  H & R Block evidently subordinated their claim to my refund to a company formerly known as Homecoming Financial that they fired for illegal consumer fraud.
