Complaint Review: Source1 Marketing LLC

Source1 Marketing LLc called and claimed they worked with another company I was doing business with Maxebiz, turns out they were not. Still, I liked the salesperson I spoke with so I will not use his name. Bottom line, I was supposed to get a web site set up to be an affiliate for Amazon.com. They said the longest it should take is 14 days but should be a lot less. It took longer. When they gave me the site there was almost nothing on it, it was supposed to be a landing page for Amazon. They gave me a back door to set everything up myself which took days. They also never mentioned you could become an affiliate with Amazon without your own website for free, this cost me $1200.00. Although they claim they will send me 3000 potential visitors a month, well worth the money. The biggest problem reaching anybody. They have one phone number 877-232-4701 for this supposedly large company. Try calling it, it almost never gets answered, although that may change after this  report. Normally you get a voice to leave a message, not even the name of the company, my home answering machine has more information than that. Bottom line, I still have issues with the site which nobody showed me how to use and nobody answers or returns my messages. if they give you a rebuttal, watch out if they say I was abusive. After the 30th unanswered message I may have mentioned using a lawyer or flying out to see what is happening.  So far no results and the web page facebook link does not work nor do I know how to use buy me buttons or put ads on my site. The rest I was able to figure out on my own. This is also the first time in the history of my using the internet that I have ever wrote up a report on a company, which gives you an idea of my level of frustration. In fact, when Keith Stanley heard I could not get through on their  main and  only number, he gave me his cell number, which to this day has never been answered.
