I am also a victim of tim kelley and jennifer kelley- and have taken my business elsewhere. Tim Cullen Kelley, Tim Kelley, South Bay Property Management, South Bay Property Management and Sales, South Bay Real Estate Group Their office number is (310) 561-8883 but they are never there are they are complete fraudsters as you will see below Link to south bay property management rip-offs: http://southbay-propertymanagement.com the biggest rip-offs in the south bay! Tim Kelley with south bay property management has a hole in the wall office at 3855 Pacific Coast Hwy, Torrance, CA they are rarely there and are the worst property management company i have ever done business with. Real estate fraud! Tim Kelley and Jennifer Kelley and south bay property management also owned the house as 1183 North LOMA VISTA Dr Long Beach, CA 90813. If you look at the property history of it, you will see they are up to something fishy and illegal because they sold it not arms length meaning they defrauded the bank. This transaction has certain characteristics that make it a poor candidate to use when comparing property values in the surrounding area.

They are involved in fraudulent real estate activity and run their business like a circus! They get apartment owners in more trouble than they are worth and do not follow through on any of their promises. Tim Kelley is the biggest fraud. Tim Kelley with south bay real estate group, tim Cullen Kelley with south bay property management / sales promised the following: Personalized Attention hahaha biggest joke ever! Tim Kelley and Jennifer Kelley care nothing about landlords, or their buildings. Prompt rental receipt collection and disbursement they held my rental payments for 1 months and blamed it on their Accountant! Detailed monthly accounting reports will be provided with your rental proceeds Evictions handled for a low flat fee using our excellent legal service. they have no legal service, theyre a bunch of quacks! Handling problem tenants they are never active on the property they are managing, they turna blind eye and neglect the buildings There is always a property manager "on-call" to handle any off-hours tenant emergencies - more lies, they are very hard to reach if you ever need them. Scheduling repairs & maintenance using our network of qualified vendors to ensure all work is completed promptly and for a reasonable, competitive cost. more lies! They use unlicensed day labourers in all their work. Processing the payment of property bills such as gardening service, utilities, HOA dues, mortgage, and property tax. other than quickbooks, they have no reliable way of showing where your money is going- fraudsters! Preparation of vacancies they dont show up or prepare anything, my properties were left a mess! Preparation of all rental and lease agreements standard templates with legal holes, and nothing special. Comprehensive tenant screening by researching credit history, references, and employment. Additionally, each prospective tenant is personally interviewed in person this is the biggest joke of all! They dont screen tenants, they rip them off from what I have heard. (310) 561-8883 South bay real estate is a fraudulent company South bay property management and sales is their newer name where they try to trick landlords into letting them manage their property but they hold your money and abuse tenants!

The above report is FAKE, written by a disgruntled evicted tenant seeking revenge.  NONE of the information in this report is true and most of it doesn't even make sense.  You can tell by the context of the report that the person who wrote it is not very intelligent or sophisticated.  South Bay Property Management is a honest, trustworthy company with outstanding customer service and many satisfied customers.  Legitimate reviews of South Bay Property Management can be found on credible websites such as Google, Yahoo, and Yelp.
