South Beach SkinCare, Inc. LifeCellSkin Product canceled but charged anyway Hollywood Florida
Even though I canceled my trial order within the time limit, my credit card was still charged. This resulted in an overdraft on my account. When I complained to the company, I was told the cancellation was not processed until the unused portion of the product was returned to them. I was not informed of this policy when I ordered the product nor when I canceled it. This is poor business policy. Be very careful ordering anything from this company.
