Three months ago, I ordered LIFECELL Anti-Aging Formula from South Beach Skincare, under the promise that there woulb be a full refund of my $189.00 charge if it did not fulfill the promises guarantted by the product.

I called after using it a month and they told me to continue using it until the end of June--they told me I had "3" months to use it and get a fullr refund if unsatisfied. I called three weeks ago and they told me to ship the empty container and box to their address and they would reimburse me teh $189.00, because the product did not do ANYTHING for me it advertized.

I shipped it 2 1/2 weeks ago, and I know they received it because I received an email confirmation from my delivery company..but, they did NOT reimburse me, they won't answer my phone calls, they won't call me back and they will not respond to my emails (which they claim is the quickest response form). They tell you they will get back to you within the same business day if you leave a message---UNTRUE. I think I've been SCAMED for $189.00. You cannot speak to a human and your emails do not get answered.

I need some help in order to get my money back on this product!

Dale, your credit card company will reverse the charge. You need proof of mailing and the date it was sent, as well as the date of purchase (receipt). Their web sites advertise their return policy all over the place, so it will be easy to confirm they are not living up to the terms of their agreement. Any credit card company would be happy to reverse the charges with this proof, and in fact, they would be obliged to by law.

I would also file something against them with the Better Business Bureau.
