South Beach Supplements LLC Charges for supplements never ordered Aventura Florida

I order a sample from them the cost was $7 for shipping. Twenty days later they took 59.95 out of my checking account. I contacted them and they said I agreed to get more after 20 days on a TOS. I argued, to no avail. On top of not getting my money back, they never did send the supplements they said they had planned to send. I guess that is ok anyways because they did nothing for me whatsoever.

I contact the BBB who tryed to get a response from them, they informed me that they would not reply to their emails. Do not buy anything from this place.

I am very sorry that this customer did not have a good experience with South Beach Supplements. He misunderstood the offer. We offer RISK FREE trials, not free samples. This is the way the trial works. The customer pays for shipping and handling and has the opportunity to try the product for 20 to 30 days depending on the product. By doing nothing after the trial period, the customer is automatically enrolled in our VIP Program. At the end of the trial period, he/she is billed for the full size trial bottle that they received and then sent a fresh shipment every 30 to 35 days after that. Programs vary depending on the product but the basic trial works the same way. It's a try it before you buy it offer. Customers may cancel their program at any time and receive a full refund less shipping and handling for any products that they return unopened. If they cancel within the trial period then all they have spent is the shipping and handling. All of this information is on the site to review in several different locations. Prior to completing the order the customer has to place a check-mark in a box on the checkout page to further ensure that the terms of service have been reviewed, but there are customers who check it without reading them and those are the ones that end up upset. We have plenty of satisfied repeat customers for all of the products that we sell and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but I guess there will always be a few that you just can't please.
