Complaint Review: South Coast Circulation Inc.

A young man aka a (student abroad) and his younger cousin visited our home along with many other homes in our neighborhood. He recited a very believable story of how he was using Magazine Sales to help fund his continued education in England as his family was unable to afford all he needed.

I purchased 2 magazines from him, Caribbean & Travel Life, and wrote him a check in the amount of 52.00 which was later cashed. He walked up & down the neighborhoods for a few days and vanished. This transaction was 7-25-2008 and yes I still have the receipt and no magazines. His name is not ledgible now that I look at it, but there is an Independant Contractor ID# 3106.

Just frustrated and thought this would be a great place to vent and warn others to BEWARE of Magazine peddlers unless it's your offspring.
