Complaint Review: South Coast Circulation Inc.

We had a young man come to our door selling magazines to earn money to study abroad. My husband and I both bought a magazine each. 5 months later and we still have not received our magazines. The receipt states that South Coast Circulation, Inc. guarantees the fulfillment of the terms of this agreement. And then goes on to give the phone and fax numbers for South Coast Circulation, Inc. for you to contact if you are not satisfied or have any questions with the order. We called the number on the receipt given to us and it just rings with no pick up. The fax number does not pick up either. I checked the secretary of state website and the information below is what was listed. Apparently the buisness status is suspended. The young man's name on the receipt is Chad Scott. I'm not sure if this is his real name or not. Beware!
