I am writing this letter in follow up to a disturbing conversation I just had with our daughter, who booked this company for her wedding on May 19, 2012.

Earlier this week she wrote you an e-mail about the dreadful experience we had with your driver.  To summarize what you are already aware of:

Your  driver was rude and did not know his way to the church where the wedding was taking place, an easy and obvious preparation for a professional.

On the way to the church he was tossing the bride and bridal party all over the back of the car, it is obvious he had no idea of the fact a stretch limousine is not a Fiat 500.

Once we arrived at the church he harassed the bride, our daughter, about needing a credit card for payment even though she told him it was pre-paid and she did not have the card with her, where did he expect the bride to carry the credit card, her ceremonial garter belt???.

Incredibly, or rather ridiculously, he said he was bringing us back to the hotel to get it, leave a church full of guests and her husband to be waiting at the altar to get a credit card for a service already pre-paid.

I, the mother of the bride, told him in no uncertain terms we were not returning to the hotel and to call the office to which I was told no one was at the office because it was a Saturday.

Once my wife left and it was just myself (father of the bride) and my daughter he again badgered her for the credit card to which I told him to call the d**n office or someone in charge and hand write the numbers on his slip.  I told him my daughter was going into the church to get married and we were not going back to the hotel. That we paid in advance and he would have to work it out with his supervisor.

After leaving the church we AGAIN had to use our own iphone to give him directions to the reception room.

On the way to the reception he again drove like an idiot throwing the wedding party around and racing every bump and turn to maximize the tossing effect

As it was raining we asked that he stop under the Andrews Street bridge that we may have the opportunity to exit the limo in a fashion that would allow us not to get wet to which he begrudgingly agreed, all the while he kept asking for the d**n credit card like some how my daughter was going to magically pull it out of her wedding gown.

Upon reviewing her credit card charge my daughter finds out the driver added a tip to the charge which my son in law clearly marked with a zero based on the drivers behavior.

Now I learn my son-inlaws mother contacted you expressing her disappointment with how her son and daughter in law were treated and the fact that she thought refunding the service charge and the STOLEN gratuity didnt seem enough and the answer from your company to that was that someone from your company contacted my daughter and son-in-law to argue with them and tell them you have done everything you can and that they should have called and requested a new driver.

Might I remind you that this was a wedding party not some teenagers on their way to a prom, should my daughter have put her wedding on hold to call an office the driver said was not staffed to request another driver that may or may not have arrived in time to bring us to the reception hall.

Your answer is to blame them?? What kind of company are you running? The offer of another limo ride to a couple who are now living in North Carolina because the groom is serving at Camp Lejeune and the US Marine Corps is ridiculous, even if they had remained local or someone else could avail of your free limo ride given the experience would anyone involved wish
to use your company again?

I (mother of the bride) have spent 15 years in the hospitality business as a restaurant manager and I can assure I intend to let every person who I know who now works on the east coast NOT to use you service, my daughter was actively involved as a staff member in campus events at both Nova Southeastern University and FIU as well as her sorority and she will be
telling everyone to NOT use your company.  I will tell every blogger and the local media just how badly my daughter and son-in-law were treated on their wedding day, Im sure it will make a good story with the multitude of pictures we have of
our daughter and son-in-law in full dress blues.

Your employee made the ride and experience of the chauffeur driven limousine a nightmare rather than the bridal carriage it should have been and then to add to that insult your driver, whom you vetted and employ, stole money by adding an
additional gratuity to the charge and you say you have done all you can by returning the stolen money??

Well then I can assure it is my intent to do all that we can do to let every person know how your company treated a United States Marine who was home on leave to get married with such disregard and disrespect and then to call him after
the fact to suggest that it was their own fault that the didnt interrupt their wedding to contact an unmanned office to request a replacement driver??

Sincerely, Patricia Naples, Florida
