This company is not a licensed company. Do not give them any money you will never get it back.

Under Section 832.05 of Florida Statutes, a person who knowingly gives a bad check without notifying the payee may be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree or, if the check is for $150.00 or more, a third degree felony. Section 832.041 of Florida Statutes
If you really held my money in "escrow" as provided in your fraudlengent contract where is the money? Why if your such an outstanding character have you not made good on the deposit?

Hi, Chris Corson here with Seaside Boat and Yacht Repair. Now the person id's himself?? I just thought I would post a little bit about the license issue that has been brought into question? I went down to the offices of the South Florida Boat Brokers and scanned the brokers license's. You have to renew them each year at the end of September. I am posting both Debbie Donati's and Tom Trottier's license's. If you don't know of what you speaking of, or how a boat license works, please stop writing! Along with the Fed ID #! I see your paperwork. When Debbie gets back from Massachuetts on Tuesday, I'm sure she will pay you!! If I need to, I will post the airline receipts, to show she has been gone 13 days!! There is nobody authorized to sign that! Tom Donati tried for 4 days to get them to release the certified check. Debbie is the only signer!! You know Joe, there are alot of boating industry people in this area that are going to remember you. Good luck with your boating? You are permently ruinning peoples reputations! These are super good people!! Keep this crap up and I am going to post some stuff about you and your family! With your address and phone number! You sure have displayed such a destructive level of attempted personal and professional injury, I'm sure we will find out about you? Your right, you don't have a escrow check, Tom Trottier was suppose to give that check to one of my mechanic's! He never had an escrow check to give you!! He thought he would do you a favor and give you the only signed check that was availible. He didn't know it wasn't going to clear. He wasn't supose to give you any check!! Its not his job anymore!! And now he's got this because of it! I'm sure changes are coming because of this. By the way Joe, Tom Donati has told Tom Trottier to not speak to you again until they all see the attorney on Tuesday! Because I can tell you, one thing he's not, is affraid to speak to you.
