I had a gynecomastia procedure done by Dr Pinella 7 months ago.
At the time of my consult I told him that the whole point was to get it Perfect so I can Model.

I told him Specifically that I wanted All breast tissue Gone; to make  Large Cuts, Remove excess Flesh -whatever was necessary to get it  Absolutely Perfect so that I could be Working by NOW.
Dr Pinella Did NOT do as instructed.

I have been left with excess breast tissue along the bottom of my ribs and an Obvious Crease right
where the drains were, and my nipples are not Centered or Even.
When I went for my post op checkup Dr Pinella said that cortisone shots would  take care of what he called "scar tissue" -it did Not.

When I went for my six-month "you're all healed" checkup, and pointed out the remaining tissue, the creases, and the askew nipple, he said "some Doctors make larger cuts and remove this tissue but I decided not to" -not to do what I Paid For!

Then he tried to SELL ME a Benelli Procedure - a Second Surgery to fix his apparently willful failure -for which I am supposed to pay!?
The office person tole me that Dr Jahnke would be doing this procedure, which would lead any sensible person to one of two conclusions; either this is a SCAM designed to take more money from rich fools or Dr Pinella is Not Capable of the full procedure -of taking different amounts of flesh
from each side, contouring the skin correctly and getting the nipples in the center. This would seem to be the case, as my nipples are Not Centered and there is a saggy fold, big 'Y' shaped creases and a ridge of collagen remaining along my ribs.

Now, I'm supposed to PAY for Another procedure to Correct the Failure of the first!?
Considering that I gave specific instructions that were NOT Followed, this could  easily be construed as negligence, which would mean that any further  recovery would considered unnecessary pain and suffering and that I am  losing wages by not being able to work NOW.

An argument could easily be made that it was done on purpose -by his own admission, Dr Pinella "chose not to" -which the post-op tech will  testify to.

When I contacted the President of the company, Tess Jahnke, she said Dr P would waive his fee but I would have to pay for OR and Anesthesia! These people are scam artists and they suck, IMO.
