Deceptive people. I ordered a 2018 Jeep Wrangler with a SOFT top and tube doors included. When the jeep was delivered it had a hardtop and the tube doors were not included. Also, the vehicle was very dirty inside. When I contacted the salesman, he told me the tube doors were being drop shipped and I would also get the soft top soon. He also apologized for the dirty vehicle and stated I could get it detailed and the dealership would pay for it.
After a month and a call to the manager, I finally received the tube doors, but no sign of the soft top I ordered nor the money for the detail ($41). I spent almost 60k with this company and they simply do not keep their promises and customer service after the sale is very poor. Instead of enjoying my jeep, now I have to explore legal options to get what I paid for..
