South Motors BMW While my new BMW was being service at South Motors BMW, the technician took it for a joy ride and crash it Miami, Florida

To: whom it may concerm;

While my brand new BMW was being service by South Motors BMW
the technician drove my car more than 30 miles and crash it. left me 
to deal with several of problems and also body damages to my car. 

The Service manager have not apologize for my inconvenience, he
only took pictures of the damages with his iphone and wanted to
give back my car to me as is. My service advisor gave me the run a
round and only wanted to patch up the body damage.

South Motors BMW left my car with inside damages as well, sterring
wheel stuck can't adjust, steering wheel slanted, caps under steering
wheel hanging, dashboard panel loose, dash board defrost vent not
mounted in. The list continue with more damages.
 
I trusted the above dealeship with my new car. I had a full tank of gas when
i drop it off at South Motor BMW for service. I ended up with empty tank
and lots of headaches.
