Complaint Review: South Pacific Contractor

First I do not think that this guy of a tax ID number to be working in Texas at all.  Julius Kaafi built a deck for me around a pool.  It looks great and the design was great, but the workmanship was very poor.  I had to go back and replace several split boards and I had to replace all of the screws in the deck because they only put one screw in the middle of each board causing the to be off balance.  There should have been 2 screws on each side of the boards.  Also let me say it was very hard to get Julius on the phone or have him answer a text, it would take him 3 to 4 days to respond to me during and after the job was completed.  We found over 30 boards that had no screws in them and started to fall off when walking on the deck.  We also ask them several times for an invoice during and after the job was completed and he never produced us with one and still today I still have no invoice.  The worst communicator I have every had to deal with.  The company's name South Pacific Contractor and advertise with Thumbtack.com and he has a history of non-communication with his customers.  All future customers BEWARE before hiring South Pacific Contractors or with Julius Kaafi.
