i saw a ripoff report online and it had henry and vicky sumbillo of southsalon! i used to live in the PI, then i moved to the US...i used to get haircuts there at south salon!!! OMG! i was never really close to vicky or henry, but i remembered my experiences there!!! they always charged me an arm and a leg!!!! 5k, 8k... one time they damaged my hair!!! i wanted to cry- they were supposed to bleach it and they messed it up- my hair started to break! i didnt know any salons in the area so i went to them several times, hoping it would get better- but ruining my hair was the last straw!!! money is money- then i realized out of the times i went there- i was only given a receipt 1 time!!! and not even for the expensive stuff- it was for a manicure or blowdry-- sumthin like that.... arnt they stealing from the philippine governement?!?!
