My wife was at this hotel one year before and she received a lot of packages in advance to her arrival and she hadn't to pay anything for the service.

Hotel changed their policy and now they charge a fee per day and per package but there is no warning in there web page or when you make the reservation.

First notice you have of this change of poliy is when you receive the first package but by then is late as other packages are coming.

It was imposible to contact the manager and when I left I said I was not going to pay for this charge.

They remove the charge from the invoice which I paid with credit card but after I left, as they have my credit card number they charged it without my signature.

The Hotel the right to charge whatever they want for any service as long as they clearly explicit what things will be charged.
I have the right to know IN ADVANCE their policy so I can decide if I want to choose the hotel or not.
