Complaint Review: S.W bell / cingular wireless

I signed up with southwestern bell wireless under the terms that i would get free nights and weekends and that was when I used the phone because i used it when i travled.When i got the bill it said i owed two hundred dollars but it was not right because they were not giving me the free nights and weekends as promised when i refused to pay the false amount they shut it off and charged fee a disconect fee and a breech of contract fee and all together it adds up to over a thousand dollars.So now it is on my credit and dont know what to do about it . I was willing to pay the company what i acctually owed them and I told then that but they would not even reconsider at all or look at the charges again .It was about the time when cingular wireless tool over the company . Now it is at a collection agency and my credit is ruined because of them. If you know of any way I can get help please e mail me or call me .
