South West Fiduciary Greg P. DoVico Have been waiting for payment of accounting for one of their clients for over four months, first I was told they where reviewing our billing. Then every time I called to ask when would we get some kind of payments, their responce was they where waiting for funds to be released from the courts. If this was the case I would think they where no longer handling this individual trust if they where not being paid, so don't tell me they are waiting for funds to be released if they had not been paid for over four months!! AFTER GETTING A CALL FROM A NEIGHBOR AND FRIEND ASKING FOR HELP, I DID A VISIT WITH HIM AT THE HOSPITAL TO REVIEW HIS LEGAL, HEALTH AND PRACTICAL ISSUES RELATED TO HIS PENDNG PSYCHIATRIST EVALUATION. ALSO DICUSSED HIS NEEDS AND CONCERNS OF HIS INTERIM POSITION AND HIS CONCERN OVER THE TIME HE IS SITTING AND VEGETATING, BEING NERVIOUS AND UPSET OVER HIS ESTATE ASSETS, THE CHARITY, TALKED WITH HIM REGARDING THE STRATEGY DEVELOPEMENT WITH ATTORNEY I FOUND FOR HIM. THE SOUTH WEST FIDUCIARY WAS ORDER FROM THE COURTS AS TRUSTEE, THEY WHERE STRIPPING HIS HOUSE AND HIS BUSINESS FROM ALL CONTENTS WITH NO KNOWLEDGE FROM MY CLIENT. MY CLIENT HAD NO SAYING OF THE CONSERVATOR AND GUARDIANS INVOLEMENT, THE SOUTH WEST FIDUCIARY NEVER WENT TO HOSPITAL TO SEE ABOUT HIS CONCERNS OR TALKED WITH HIS FAMILY MEMBERS REGARDING HELPING HIM WITH HIS CHOOSE OF TRUST AND TRUSTEES. SOUTH WEST FIDUCIARY HAVE FULL CONTROL OF NOT ONLY HIS ASSETS, BUT HAVE THE CONTROL OF HIS HEALTH NEEDS, SO HE HAS NO PROTECTION OF HIS HEALTH AND PROTECTION, THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT HIS WELFARE AND AFTER ME PUTTING IN 45 HOURS BILLED TIME FOR MY ARRANGINGS HIS HEALTH CARE, GETTING HIM AN ATTORNEY, SETTING UP ALL MEETINGS WITH ATTORNEY AND FAMILY MEMBERS THAT WAS ACCUAL BILLED FOR, NOT COUNTING MANY HOURS I DID NOT BILL FOR I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. NOT ONLY ARE THE RIPPING OFF THIS PERSON'S ASSETS, DIGNITY AND LEAVING HIM ALONE, IF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT, THE WILL RIP ME OFF OF PAYMENT OF SERVICES.

My family is experiencing the same type of abuses by another Fiduciary Company. $68,000. In admin fees for 9 mo. + 56,000. In attorney fees for them, not us. None of the numbers add up, they have spent well over two million in mngmnt fees for self-generated, frivolous repairs never done. While researching my situation, I have stumbled upon many estates and properties being taken by different fiduciaries handling properties they let go to waste so they can be bought for pennies on the dollar.... These living Trust that name a successor trustee to large estate ....give all property in trust the admin period to be drained of all that's in it...They merge properties to bury deeds in deep layered LLCs so you can't find who to sue. It is destroying and leaving the families that had family businesses without their homes, businesses, and a disgrace to think all your family built in a lifetime is being spent on people you don't know but, have say so to your every move. It is legal extortion by the highest position we hold to be trustworthy. You have no-one to turn to because they all work together to invest the false front agent addresses as the launder your money ..it is sick. We need to form a group that fights what these Fiduciary tomb/robbers are walking away with and never giving you time to grieve over someone you love.
