Complaint Review: South West Forklift

There is a company name Southwest Forklift, this company is advertising itself as a OSHA affiliate which is not true. How I end up doing business with this company was through their advertisement in the local paper. So I called got more information about SouthWest Forklift. The company states that they are OSHA operator and they could train and offer qualified jobs to whom ever could meet the requirements, meaning passing the test. However I paid $120.00 dollars for this training. I left the location with my certification and license but no job was offered. They refuse to give me my money back. OSHA is not aware of this company.

I'm asking for this company to be investigated, this company is targeting indigent people who really need a leg up in life. I personally think this company is using OSHA name to commit fraud, this company has repeatedly changed location to not honor their end of the agreement. I've contacted the BBB of Atlanta, I've contacted the labor department and OSHA, no one knows what to do. I've called the cops about this company, waiting for them to take my report. I was told that this company possibly scamming people. They should be exposed and put out business, and if the government or the state of Georgia is behind this program they should stop it because people are being swindle out of money. God knows how many people this company took advantage of. SouthWest call center is located out of Dallas Texas not Atlanta. A SouthWest Forklift representative contacted me today her name is Chelsea Hudson rep # is 77120  contact # she called from is 1-972-243-0406, Mrs Hudson claim she is a OSHA representative, until I called the number back and the receptionist answered the phone with the greet Southwest Forklift how may I help you, so I knew SouthWest Forklift trying to confuse me because OSHA does not do that. When I tried to get results they where rude and kept hanging up in my face as if they did nothing wrong.
