Southbay Motorsports attempted ripoff Chula Vista California
This may seem trivial in regards to attempted rip-off but it provides an example of their shady buisness practices. I ordered and paid for a part for my motorcycle, when it arrived I went to get it. I was told the price I paid was wrong and I would have to pay just $10 extra. I told them too bad, I'm not paying for someone elses mistake. This went back and forth for a while, even the parts manager got involved.
I finally got my part without paying extra. I bought 2 new motorcycles from them, they should have just given me the d**n part. Oh yeah, one bike was sold to me as a 2003 model. Found out a few days later it was a 2002! Stay away from these idiots, I'm taking my money elsewhere.
