I signed up for the SB Diet program.  I called and canceled the program 5 weeks prior to my next shipment.  What do you know, they shipped me abox of food anyway.

When I called their reponse was "have no record of my call to cancel", they would not refund my $349.  They were rude, talked over me and clearly did not listen.  The supervisor reufused to come on the phone according to the customer service rep. Clearly they have an agenda of taking peoples money and utilize the support of well trained poor customer service.   

Do they understand that there are audit trails and phone logs of all calls these day, including my own.  IF you cancel this product (don't buy it to begin with), Keep the cancellation number handy because they clearly lie when they state you can cancel.
