My wife and i bought the South Beach food delivery for 8 weeks. You only get 20 days of food. Misleading. We failed to stop the automatic reorder and were forced to take delivery of 4 additional weeks.
The food is unedibilt for the most part. We lost weight because the food caused us to loose are appetites.
