South Coast Toyota fradulently reported that I was married.

On the credit Application that was written in their(his)(sales representive) own hand writing sent this application to the financial institution I was suprised to find to credit applications on me the buyer of the car, two different credit applications.

I am not married to the buyer of the car and I never entended to represent myself in such a manner I also verbally told the sales representive that, "I will not sign any paperwork in that form".

As well i was to be the co-signer not the buyer on this account, it was not my car it was the buyers car. Turns out Im the primary on the account and she(the buyer) is the co-signer on my credit report few months later finding out.

I was unaware of the credit application that was presented to toyota financial corporation. After finding out through the dealer to the financial institution that there are two different applications one at the dealer (South Coast toyota) and second at the( Toyota Motor Corporation) this is not what I represented myself nor the buyer of the car to be. Mr. David Wilson Owner of South Coast Toyota responded to a letter that I Reported to him of what kind of business he was running.

He, returned to me with a phone call of questioned and reassured me that he was going to further look into this and get back to me.

Well, then he called me back a few days later and asked more questioned and i was to wait for him to handle then I called him two weeks later. He then proceeded to tell me that he did not know i reported to DMV, which was transcribed too all the destinations that I reported to. "I am now too wait for DMV to decide" per David Wilson. Toyota Motor Corporation says " We have no ties with the Dealer(South Coast Toyota) and the I signed the contract and I am still responsible for the balance. No one else is taking he blame and im not going to.

I am not asking for compensation, I am asking for a total recision of the contract. David Wilson stated from the beginning that its was going to be handle by removing it from my credit and out of my name.

Ive asked him for a letter in writing and he has failed to do so. I called him one time and asked if he would be willing to write me a letter of our phone conversation to a credit union that Im with, to consalidate my credit cards, just to see what he would say and he said "yes", "just have them send me some questions about whatever it is they need to know".

Now im waiting for DMV investigator Rhonda McCoy Irvine, Ca. To present the verdict to me.

Anthony your Toyota dealer would NOT want you to read what I have posted for you.

#2Consumer Suggestion

Mon, June 09, 2003

Anthony car dealers have been doing some very dirty, deceptive things to car buyers for many years.

The problem is that most of their dirty tricks and scams have never been revealed to the public because the media being newspapers, talk radio and your local TV stations get most of their advertising money from the deceptive car dealers.

Car dealers are now finding out that they can't stop the Internet from exposing their dirty ways.

If you want to see more about car dealers not telling the truth about car buyers credit applications, go to this rip off report and read it and also look at the photo's that I had posted.

http://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=52158

Maybe after a few car dealer employees and their managers go to jail for FRAUD maybe things will change. Like maybe the banks will start calling the car buyers before approving any car loan.

If you want to expose your dirty car dealer in a big way, do everything that I post for you. Think of what I post as what the dealer hopes you would never do.

I am going to suggest you to do things that will expose the car dealer in a very powerful way. I am going to give you a very good email list of people that watch the auto industry like a 4 eyed hawk.

Make sure that you email some of these people and ask them to read your Rip Off Report.

Since you bought a Toyota make sure that you email a copy of your Rip Off Report to all international reporters.
