Complaint Review: Southeast cleaning and restoration

These people are Masters at the Bait and Switch, they come into your home for the "Special" Air Duct cleaning, and by the time they leave $99 is $1000. They came into my 2 bedroom home,made out an estimate for all the extra services I "needed" because according to them I had everything from Pet hair to Toxic Mold in my system.My home is only 4 years old and I am extremely clean and I have never even owned a pet!! After I said no to the High price they didn't want to take No for an answer so they called the Company asking could they give me discounts, by the time I had said NO to almost all the offers they had the price down to $300,I made the Tech leave my home as I felt like if they could do $1000 worth of work for $300 why didn't they offer that in the first place? The Tech was very upset and said that if I didn't atleast spend the $99 he had come for that the Co.policy was to charge him $150 he showed me the so called Co. policy paper that said so.I felt sorry for the Tech in that regard,but they shouldn't force their Techs to be so dishonest to begin with!!!!
