    6-15-Southeast Cleaning came to clean ducts etc. They missed bathroom vents. Claimed they cleaned everything including blower housing,a/c coil. The guy Jay poured solution down vents, said it would clean better. 6-16-Phillips Air & Heating came out to check air. 6-21,Doug of Phillips Air dropped off bill. Said he cleaned the coil. I said it was done the day before but he said it wasn't clean. We have used his company for years & he has always been honest. 6-22 - Called SE Cleaning explaining problem with their cleaning,missed vents etc. No manager,so left my number.7-2-finally spoke to Clint who says he is the one to talk to. Explained it & he told me to give them 1 more chance to do the job correctly & he would have them re-clean everything & if I was not happy with the job this time he would refund my money. 7-5 Robert said a couple of vents were missed & he was here to clean them. He took a brush,hooked to a battery powered drill & put it in the vents. Where Jay poured the solution down the vents, his brush came out with a sticky nasty mess on it.He brushed the vents & left. Called 7-6, 7-10,7-16, 7-19 sent email, 7-22-spoke to Sarah, got my email. 7-29-called Jami or Clint, he offered to send someone else to clean again. I said no, they had been out here twice & nothing was cleaned as promised. He said a check would go out Thursday,when refunds are processed. 8-11 Called @ 12:50, asked for Clint, told he had left for the day. Asked for Jami Wilson the owner. Jami said Clint was not authorized to do a refund. Clint walked in, she handed him the phone & said he better tell me, he said he didn't tell me he would issue a refund & I told him yes he did. He said he just meant it would go to processing but that didn't mean a refund would be issued. I started telling him thats not what he told me when Jami came on the phone & told me the job was done properly & no refund of any kind would be issued. I said the job was not done properly & she said have a nice day & hung the phone up on me.

    Southeast Cleaning needs to do what they said & that's refund my money. They scam you by coming out on a coupon deal, then wanted over $2000.00 to do what was needed due to all the dangerous mold etc.they found. Ended up with a & don't tell my boss & I'll discount it to 700.00 deal. After he finished in less than an hour for a 3 hr minimum job, Jay said he could do my house for 250.00 if I didn't tell anyone. Clint asked me to give them a 2nd chance I did, but they blew that too. SCAMMERS
