Southeast Independent Delivery for Rooms to Go Poor delivery services &call center mess up Nationwide
I purchase furniture from room to go on October 29 schedule a delivery date for November 4 I had worked that day and did not meet the delivery team I was rescheduled for a delivery on November 21 delivery drivers were supposed to drop my furniture off between 2 and 4 PM I received a call at 3:48 PM stating the delivery drivers were late and will bring the furniture to my home between 6 and 7 PM at 5:05 I went to the bottom of the hill to get something to eat and delivery arrived at my house when I was away I called back to the delivery dispatchers and they said that the drivers have been released for the day and I will not receive my delivery this was an error on their part because they told me that the drivers will be at my house between 6 and 7 closer to 7 PM however the drivers arrive at 5:30 and I was away from my house this has been an ongoing issue with southeast independent delivery service the call center stated to me their only communication with the drivers is by email only which is untrue the drivers have to call them if they are at home they have no email access on the truck to call someone immediately the call center worker Miss Alicia Ramos call center dispatch manager telephone number 863-802-5616 was not very truthful during the entire conversation. I am very dissatisfied with South East delivery service and rooms to go.
