Complaint Review: Southen Skies Satellite

Southen Skies Satellite Universal Satellite Worse company I have ever had dealings with. No customer service, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't answer phones, doesn't pay it's partners their investment returns, doesn't return faxes or emails. Internet

This company has taken me for $329.97 and I have been trying everything to get my money back. It was to be a partnership investment thatis refundable if you don't make more than your investment within three months. I have waited 3 months and still nothing.

They say they pride themselves on customer service. This is a joke. When you call, you never get an answer and have to leave a message. When you leave a message, your lucky if you get a phone call back, usually doesn't happen. If service went out you would never get it fixed with this company. On the about us page it says Alston Daniels Sr. is the founder and how do you get in contact with him is questionable. They are looking for partners to join and after joining they change names of the people working for them and I always have trouble getting in contact with them. They say any money invested in them will bring a good return. It's been 3 months and I'm still looking for the investment return or my refund. Tom Andrews is the account and says you have to wait 3 months then you can get a full refund. I have sent email's, faxes, and phone calls. Not a good reputable company or group of people.

All suggestions to get my money returned to me is welcomed.
