Complaint Review: Southern 441 Toyota

I was shopping for a used car and I saw an advertisement for a used 2014 Mustang with with 54,575 miles VIN # 1ZVBP8AM2E5324949 with CLEAN CAR FAX. I call the dealer got a hold of the sales rep which by the way was very attentive, I make an offer and it was accepted. Upon arrival to the dealer I went to inspect the car I found that the trunk of the car had been hit then I start to noticed that indeed the car was crash in the back not only the trunk but the bumper was poorly fixed and both rear quarter panels were poorly repainted. The used car sales manager
explained that car was taken as a trade in and they didn’t notice any accident or any defects. I ask what kind of dealer don’t inspect the cars before are been taken as a trade in. The sales manager was still pushing the sale for this car with a unreported accident.
