Complaint Review: Southern California Blind & Shutter Co. Aka Socal Home Decor Aka So Cal Blinds

I would just like to tell anyone who is thinking of doing business with this so called company BEWARE . I placed an order for some verticals and shutters from them on October 1,2003.They took half of my money for the shutters. They told me that the verticals would be in two weeks later it took 3 but no big deal right, some of the parts were not the correct ones and so he he took back one whole vertical well needless to say he didn't bring it back for weeks. Then the chain broke on another one of them and he has not been back to replace it. BUT that is not the worse of my problem.

It is now January 17, 2004 and still not shutters. Chris the owner installer came once Dec. 15,2003 to install a few shutters so he said but he just came to drop them off and never came back or bothered to call HOW RUDE .Finally I cancelled the order for the shutters and now they do not want to give me my money back!!! I reported them to the bbb and was informed I was not the only one this happened to. There are 8 cases open with them. Chris and Toni Culpepper you are dishonest and I hope people find that out!!! And there is NO rebuttal big enough to clear you of your bad business practices!!!
