DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I WORKED AS AN INSIDE SALES REP FOR THEIR SMALL OFFICE IN CHATSWORTH, CA AND I HAVE SEEN AND HEARD FISHY AND SKETCHY THINGS ABOUT THEM. I SPOKE TO TWO FEMALE CUSTOMERS, MISS MCCABE AND MARTINEZ, ON OR AROUND NOVEMBER 8, 2011 ANF THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY TO KEEP THEM OFF THEIR PROPERTY. THEY HAVE INSIDE SALES REPS CALLING FROM OLD PAPER LEADS AND I WAS SHORTCHANGED BY THE COMPANY ON MY BOOKKEEPER ON MY FIRST PAYCHECK ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 17,2017. THE ACCOUNTANT, JENNY LITTBERG TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL BE PAYING ME THE DIFFERENCE ON THE NEXT CHECK MAKING ME LOOK LIKE A BEGGAR FOR THE HOURS I WORKED THAT WEEK. I TOOK THIS UP WITH HER BROTHER MIKE LITTBERG AND HE TRIED TO SETTLE THIS DISCREPANCY BY HAVING ME SIGN A COPY OF MY NEW PAY CONTRACT IN FRONT OF HIS FATHER, LARRY LITTBERG, ON NOVEMBER 18,2017, A COPY OF WHICH HE DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH DESPITE MY DUE DILIGENCE EFFORTS TO ASK FOR IT. I QUIT ON 11/29 AND THE COMPANY DID NOT GIVE ME MY FINAL PAYCHECK ALONGF WITH MY SALES COMMISSION FOR TWO CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS I GENERATED.

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY MADE THREATS AGAINST ME WHEN I STOPPED BY THEIR OFFICE ON 11/30 TO CLAIM THE PAY CONTRACT THAT MY EX-SUPERVISOR GAVE ME. I HAVE THE TEXT MESSAGES TO PROVE ALL INCONSISTENCIES IN THEIR STATEMENTS. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY FINAL CHECK 3 DAYS AFTER I QUIT ON 11/29/2017.

August 17th, 2018

Mr. Delpilar, Due to your breaking the law(s) that protect judgment creditors (not providing form SC-133 within 30 days of the judgment), S.C.C.C.I. will petition the court to file a bench warrant for your arrest (you can run but you cannot hide). We have scheduled a mandatory ‘Judgment Debtors Exam’ where you MUST list all of your assets, real property, place(s) of employment, savings, or retirement accounts and/ or any jewelry of value that can be sold to satisfy your legally binding debt to S.C.C.C.I.

You brought this on yourself. We attempted numerous times to settle amicably with you but, no; you have and continue to insist on wasting the court’s time (After two judgments and 2 or 3 motions) ALL DENIED. You still waste your time trying to prove you’re right.

Should you continue to avoid service, not file mandatory forms, not pay your legal debt(s) when (not if) you are picked up on a warrant and sent to jail, beware S.C.C.C.I. will not show any mercy whatsoever.

Please note: As you started the social media campaign this letter will be posted on the social media site(s) you continue to utilize to disparage and slander S.C.C.C.I.

F.Y.I. as of Monday (8-13-18) your debt has accrued $90.82 in interest and over $300 in ‘costs to collect’ and the obligation is increasing each day.

S.C.C.C.I.

Aristotle, S.C.C.C.I. is making you an offer to pay half of the judgment that several judges have agreed you owe. We are offering you payments. We only want this to be over for all of us. Please obtain legal advice, regarding your latest legal move. If you want this over with, let’s work out a comfortable payment plan and both stop with the social media postings. Should you pursue your legal avenues, our offer is off the table and we will start to pursue our legal avenues that may "require” you to retain the services of an attorney. Don’t be pennywise and pound foolish. Until we have an answer, we will continue to update the social media sites. Thank you for considering our offer. S. UPDATE!

#12REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, June 27, 2018

June 27th, 2018 Aristotle, Judges are smart & intuitive. They can see right through bullshit. We saw three different judges and all three found you to be less than candid. You say you called the court, the court says no, you did not. You say you have hospital discharge papers, but you can’t provide them. You say that the case was dismissed without prejudice, which the judge said is not accurate. You say we were slanderous, but the judge said you have no merits. You say that these are two "different,” court cases; the judge says that they are exactly the same. You say you didn’t know about the counterclaim, where S.C.C.C.I. prevailed in court, both the court and the labor board knows that was false. Any further pursuit of S.C.C.C.I. or Larry Scott Litberg will be met with a case in Superior Court for your frivolous and malicious pursuit of S.C.C.C.I. and L.S.L. as well as a harassment claim. You may want to seek legal advice before you continue your charades.

As it relates to the previous cases, you have exhausted ALL options. S.C.C.C.I. will pursue the following without hesitation, including but not limited to: 1. Updating Rip Off Report 2. Updating the Labor Board 3. Posting your six (6) months of antics on numerous social media sites. 4. Reporting your debt to: a) Transunion b) Esperian c) Equifax 5. Filing a Writ of Execution to start the collection process with a daily rate added on via state laws. 6. Levying wages on your current employment 7. Having you brought to court for a judgment debtors exam NOTE: Any/ every expense/ incurred to collect this debt, plus applicable interest is all retainable from you. So in closing, I’m prepared to make you an offer that you should immediately seriously consider. S.C.C.C.I. will (if all can be concluded on/ or by July 23rd, 2018) accept half of the judgment, we are willing to accept a reasonable payment plan yet you must respond (within 72 hours) either accepting or rejecting our offer: I. Remove the Rip Off Report II. Inform the labor board that all has been adjudicated and satisfied. III. Write a guarantee no other pursuits of S.C.C.C.I. in any form or forum. IV. Adhere to the payment plan that we work out. If you do not respond within 72 hours, S.C.C.C.I. will use all avenues of the collection laws to pursue the debt you have incurred. I will expect you to communicate within 72 hours, stating whether or not you are accepting or rejecting S.C.C.C.I.’s offer. Thank you in advance! S.C.C.C.I.

It's very important to review both sides of a story. Artistotle Delpilar made the above story up about SCCCI and it's family employees....Since that, Mr. Artistotle Delpilar has sought remedy via the court system and the labor board. As it turns out the courts found that his story had no merit and was specious in its values. Susequently, he fled the case again (not within protocol...done only to further harass SCCCI). Unfortunately to thwart his continuance harrasing methods, SCCCI was forced to file a claim against him for $2,500- the court heart the facts and awarded SCCCI the full amount, plus our costs.

WARNING TO ANY POTENTIAL EMPLOYEERS

Aristotle Delpilar will go to any length ethical or not to harrass you for no good reason.

SECOND REQUEST FOR SCCCI OWNERS TO TAKE DOWN/UPDATE LIBELOUS STATEMENTS

#12Author of original report

Wed, February 28, 2018

DISCLAIMER: THE FOLLOWING IS  A GOOD FAITH ATTEMPT ON MY END TO HAVE THE OWNER/CO-OWNER OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS, INC. , LARRY AND MIKE LITTBERG, TO TAKE DOWN OR RETRACT LIBELOUS AND UNTRUTHFUL STATEMENTS MADE AGAINST ME AS THEY DO NOT ACCURATELY DEPICT ACTUAL EVENTS AND HAVE NO FACTUAL BASIS AT ALL. THIS IS ALSO AN ATTEMPT TO SOLICITG AND REQUEST LEGAL ADVICE AND POTENTIAL SERVICES FROM A CONSUMER ADVOCATE OR LABOR LAW ATTORNEY REGARDING THIS MATTER.

On January 11,2018, in Division 44 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court Chatswoth Courthouse, the Honorable Andrew E. Cooper entered a judgment against SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS, INC for the principal amopunt of $207.75 plus costs of $75.00 for a total of $282.75. On January 18, 2018, I requested police assistance in an attempt to enforce the judgment by Honorable Cooper, and Chatsworth Police Officers Todd and Kardinaal were dispatched to  the office of SCCCI at 9960 Canoga Avenue, D1 Chatsworth, CA 91311 to assist me in securing the payment for the judgment. On my way inside the office, one of Larry Littberg's sons locked the door but immediately reopened the door as sooon as he saw the two police officers coming in. The police officers on the scene showed the employees at SCCCCI including Jennifer Littberg, the accountant of this company , the  Notice of Entry of Judgment against them and they informed the officers that they could not comply with the Judgment since Larry Littberg was not available. The police officers then informed me that the employees at SCCCI advised them that I had to address these issues to the Labor Board and that they would not comply with the judgment at all. Hours later, I received a call from Larry Littberg from (818) 534-0600 (please see exhibit) telling me that he wanted to settle out of court and beyond the intervention of the CA Labopr Board. He initially offered me $400 and that he would issue a check along with a settlement letter that I would sign off on indicating that I concur or agree with its terms and stipulations. I subsequently told him that the amount he intended to issue was not sufficient to cover my damages and everything that I incurred as a result of their willful non-payment of my final wages and commissions earned at SCCCI. I attempted to reach out to both Larry and Mike later that day but there was no response. I proceeded to texting them regarding the correct amount that I was enttiled to as per our written contract referenced to in our text messages and documents filed with the court, which was $586.40. I explained my side and Mike Littberg, Larry's son, scoffed at me while  Larry tried to manipulate me regarding the law. I was notified that the rest of my  original claim was dismissed without prejudice so I re-filed the case with the court. Around the time it was accepted, the Littbergs came up with a proposal to settle which includes the amount I requested plus a provision regarding them updating or retracting the statements they had made. As of February 23,2018, I was informed by Lisa Berkowitz of the Chatsworth Courthouse that the debtor (in this case, SCCCI) may have erroneouly filed the form SC-290 "Acknowledgement of the Satisfaction of Judgement" on February 5th, which did not make sense at all in light of the settlement letter they sent to my e-mail on February 3,2018, stipulating that I had until FEbruary 13, 2018 to settle this matter with the company once and for all. I notified the court personnel about this filing and on February 27, 2018, I received a call from Laurie Jones, Small Claims Supervisor, that the Chatsworth Courthouse bench officer vacated the SC-290 form that was erroneously filed. In light of these new developments, I hereby bessech the owners of SCCCI to retract or update their posts on this website to exclude libelous and misleading statements with no factual basis in nature.

REQUEST FOR THE OWNER OF SCCCI TO TAKE DOWN LIBELOUS STATEMENT

#12Author of original report

Sun, February 04, 2018

In light of the libelous , defamatory and derogatory statements made on this website  by the owners of SCCCI which are untrue, unfounded and unsubstantiated, I hereby request that these statements be either deleted, revised or updated to reflect the accurate timeline of events that have occurred. As of February 3, 2018, the owners of SCCCI drafted a settlement agreement requesting that I delete any statements I made against them which I was able to prove otherwise through sales boards and marketing data that I was  entitlled to. In the settlement letter, they agreed to pay me the amount that I believe they owe me($586.40) for services I performed for the company during my tenure as an Inside Sales Representative. As of January 11, 2018, a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge entered a judgment against them for $282.75 for the final hours that I have worked at the company during the final week of November prior to me resigning my position on November 29th. The Superior Court Judge did not take into account the commission that I am owed by the company  for the sale that I generated because he did not believe that threre was a concrete contract stating that I am owed such amount. The judicial officer entered a judgement against the company but dismissed without prejudice the rest of the complaint with the possibility that any errors presented in the original complaint can be fixed and revisited in court for the second time. As for the settlement agreement drawn up by the company on February 3rd days after they were personally served on January 30th by a process server who attests to the fact that the court papers were refused by the office assistant and therefore were drop served  at their office and on February 1st when the papers were physically mailed to their office, the terms did not contain a provision regarding the company rescinding, revoking or revising any libelous statements they had issued against me which is in stark contrast to what the owner, Larry Littberg, originally proposed when he called me from his office around 12:45 pm PST on January 18,2018. He stated that as part of the agreement, "[they] won't talk about me, I won't talk about them" in exchange for the amount in question which I had arrived at based on real sales data, text messages and the contract signed on or around November 7, 2017 in the presence of Steve Ulrich, my supervisor who was subsequently discharged prior to the owners revising my pay contract on or around November 18, 2017. In conclusion, I earnestly request that SCCCI update any slanderous statements made against me if wea re to proceed with any mutually satisfactory agreements.

SCCCi Scam

#12Author of original report

Tue, December 12, 2017

When I stopped by the office, I had to take what belonged to me. It was the original pay agreement drafted by my ex-supervisor , Steve Urlich, and I never received a copy of the revised pay agreement that Larry and Mike Littberg gave me on 11/18 despite attempts on my end to ask for it. Larry Littberg even accused me of damaging his door on the way in when Officers Trong and Pineda who were dispatched to the scene stated there were no damages, which shows the owner exaggerated or bent the truth . I have all the text messages that everybody at that company ever sent me so I stand by my word.

I asked the owners of the company if I can have a copy of the payment agreement revised on 11/18 after I had an issue with the paycheck being incorrect. I had to literally tell the bookkeeper to write me a check on her way out the door when the manager Mike Littberg stated that he would tell his sister Jenny to pay the difference .
