Southern California Legal Group Hector Perez, Attorney They are our of money and cant pay their employees. Ontario, California
The attorney split with his partner and the attorney has no money to pay his bills or refund the clients. Files are not being handled timely and people are losing their homes. They did not notify clients of their change of address or phone numbers because the bad attorney was kicked out of the office.

This Employee rebuttal is absolutely unbelievable. I suppose it just happens that more than one client was unaware of your move, had their phone calls go unreturned, and was completely robbed of their (advance) payment for services that were never rendered. I can't attest to the reasons, but I was also told that my initial representative was repeatedly out to lunch, then no longer with the company. My modification was not undertaken until well after a month, and only when I tracked their attorney down in person, in their Ontario office, and refused to leave. I hope they've ripped off enough people to draw the attention of the FTC. We'll see.

The attorney partners of Southern California Legal Group Loan Modification Division are still together have not split and are still working together. In fact, we expanded our operations, doubling the number of negotiators to make sure every client is taken care of and the files are completed and submitted within days of receiving all of the client's information.
We needed a space and moved to a larger building due to the fact we grew in size. When we did move, we notified all of our clients by mail and by phone. Our address is 3536 Concours St. Suite 350, Ontario, CA 91764 Phone (909) 724-4488
