This law group advertised on local radio stations in the inland empire. They promised that they could modify my home. They asked for the fees $4,000 up front before starting services. Then they did not respond to my emails , phone calls and in person visits. I was told my negotiator was at lunch when ever I arrived. My home is not in the process of being sold by the bank. In addition they moved to a new office location in Ontario off of haven avenue without informing me. There phone systems are not working and they will only respond to a call if you say you are interested in a new consultation. They are represented by the ATTY HECTOR PEREZ.

I have had the same experience with this group; locations changed, phone calls were not returned. I had to go, IN PERSON, and refused to leave until someone would speak with me. I was told the consultant who had advised me previously was out to lunch. Then, Attorney Hector Perez told me the consultant had actually been FIRED. At this point, the checks were cashed and I was up the creek. Of course, no modification came through, and I have yet to see any evidence of their even contacting my lender with the promised proposals and reports. Do your homework, don't get scammed. And if you do, call the FTC, Better Business Bureau, and San Bernadino Bar!

Southern California Legal Group LMD, prides itself in customer service and our successful modifications. Because the bank makes the final approval, we are unable to guarantee any loan modification. Each negotiator has an assistant, which takes a lunch at a different time so there is always someone available to anser any questions. Additionally every negotiator and assistant is assigned their own personal office phone number so every client can reach them whenever they have questions. In fact we expanded our operations, doulbing the number of negotiators to make sure every client is taken care of and the files are completed and submitted within days of receiving all of the client's information. Because we grew, we needed more space and movied to a larger building. When we did move we notified all of our clients by mail and by phone.
